Mattress Safe ® Products have been tested by board certified entomologists. The fabric “feed through” method was used to evaluate if bed bugs (Cimex lectularius) could penetrate and feed through the fabric when a human host was present. The results prove that no bed bugs fed through the laminated fabric, the zipper enclosure, or the zipper seams during the evaluation. The zipper closure also prevented bed bugs from escaping during the study and prevented debris from passing through the zipper.

Material was tested to “CFR Title 16 Part 1632 (FF4-72) Standard for the Flammability of Mattress and Mattress Pads - Ticking Substitution Procedure Part 1632.6” and received in conclusion a “B” Classification and tested to meet the American Standard ULV-O Burn Test requirements.
Directions for Applications (click for more info)Apply the protector on top of mattress with the soft side to the outside and the laminated side touching the top of the mattress. Secure using the zipper and hook enclosure.

Cold water wash with regular detergent. No bleach. Cool dry. Do not iron.

Protector is warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Purchaser responsible for transportation cost.
This warranty will apply only if protector is received in good condition. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty.
